How to Use This JellyFil Guide
Each page opens with a clear banner telling you one thing: whether that ingredient appears on the Supplement Facts panel supplied with this product, or only in the advertising.
Four appear on both lists — Maca, Ashwagandha, L-Arginine and Tribulus Terrestris. Those are the soundest basis for judging this product.
Eight appear only in the advertising — Tongkat Ali, Panax Ginseng, Saw Palmetto, Zinc, Magnesium, the B vitamin complex, Vitamin D3 and Selenium. Their pages say so plainly at the top.
The supplied panel also lists five ingredients the advertising does not mention: Muira Puama, Catuaba, Green Tea Extract, Caffeine and Horny Goat Weed. The main ingredients page shows all of this in one table.
Safety notes across the JellyFil formula
- Blood pressure medication or nitrates — raise L-Arginine with your doctor.
- PSA testing — saw palmetto can affect the reading.
- Thyroid or autoimmune conditions — raise ashwagandha with your doctor.
- Caffeine sensitivity — the supplied panel declares 5 mg per gummy.
- Blood sugar — each gummy carries 3 g of added sugar.
- Not for anyone under 18, or pregnant or nursing.
Ingredient Research Versus JellyFil Research
These pages describe research on the individual ingredients, generally at the doses those studies used. The finished JellyFil gummy has not been through its own published clinical trial.
Because the formula uses a proprietary blend, individual amounts are not disclosed, so no honest comparison against research doses is possible. See how JellyFil works for the wider picture.
